As most products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
Halo & Hues currently ships to:
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- France
- Germany
At this time, shipping is not available to other countries.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Free Shipping is available on orders of €75 or more.
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed before customers complete their purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Belgium: 1-5 business days
- Netherlands: 2-7 business days
- France: 3-10 business days
- Germany: 3-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment using the tracking details supplied.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.
Halo & Hues cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers should contact both the carrier and Halo & Hues as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist with carrier claims where appropriate.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Halo & Hues shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Postal service disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
